Terms of Service

Million $ Reel ("the Service", "we", "us") is a collaborative pixel canvas. By creating an account, buying credits, or placing pixels, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What you're buying

Credits let you place pixels on the canvas. One credit places one pixel. Placing a pixel buys a licence to have your colour displayed at that position — it is not property, an investment, or a digital asset, and it has no resale value. Pixels cannot be overwritten by other users, but the canvas itself remains ours, and we may modify, move, cover, archive, reset, or remove any part of it, or shut down the Service, at any time.

2. Content rules

You may not use pixels to create content that is, in our sole judgment, hateful, racist, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, infringing of anyone's rights, or otherwise objectionable. This includes hate symbols, slurs and abusive language in any language, drawn at any size, in any style.

If you break this rule: your artwork will be removed or covered, your account will be banned, and you will not be refunded — not for the offending pixels, and not for any unused credits on the account. Automated moderation may remove content instantly; human moderation may remove it later. We decide what crosses the line, and our decision is final.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. All purchases are final, with one exception: genuine technical faults are on us. If a glitch eats your credits, you're charged twice, credits don't arrive after payment, or placed pixels are lost to a bug on our side, contact us and we'll restore the credits or refund the purchase. Moderation removal under section 2 is not a technical fault and is never refunded.

4. Your account

Accounts need only a username and password — keep the password safe, because there is no email recovery. You're responsible for everything done through your account. One person may not register accounts to evade a ban. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, its users, or its infrastructure (including bots, exploits, and payment fraud).

5. Your content, our showcase

You keep any rights you hold in artwork you place, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote the canvas and any part of it — including in videos, social media (such as Instagram Reels), and other marketing. You confirm anything you place doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Reporting abuse

Use the 🚩 Report button to flag offensive content. False or spam reports may themselves lead to suspension.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, permanence of the canvas, or that the Service will continue to exist. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the latest version always lives at this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
